As a Sommelier, your primary focus will be on customer service in the dining area, where you will provide a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including wine and sake.
In addition to serving at the sushi counter, the restaurant also has a bar with 5 seats. You will be responsible for various aspects of alcohol-related tasks, including selecting, procuring, and managing inventory.
Your role will contribute to enhancing the dining experience by providing customers with enjoyable drink options that complement their meals.
