Qualification Requirements
[Sushi Chef]
・Cooking experience in the kitchens of sushi restaurants or Japanese cuisine establishments
・Practical experience as an "Itamae" (sushi chef) in sushi restaurants or similar establishments
Working Hours
9:00 AM - 11:00 PM (with 1-hour break, 8-hours actual working)
*Working hours are subject to change depending on the busy season.
