Working Hours
9:00 AM - 11:00 PM (with breaks)

Depending on your cooking skills, you will start with simpler tasks and gain experience. You will also assist the head chef with sushi preparation and other related tasks. In addition to culinary assistance, you will be responsible for tasks such as dishwashing.
You will receive careful guidance and mentoring from a head chef who has honed their skills through training and experience at a renowned sushi restaurant in Ginza.
