*During the training period (for those with no prior experience), the monthly salary will be 230,000 yen.

Working Hours
9:00 AM - 11:00 PM (8-hour shifts with breaks)
*Working hours are subject to change depending on the busy season.

For those with limited or no experience, you will start as a trainee and work on tasks such as dishwashing, restaurant cleaning, plating, and food preparation assistance while aiming to become proficient at the sushi counter.
You will receive careful guidance and mentoring from a head chef who has honed their skills through training and experience at a renowned sushi restaurant in Ginza.
